Juicing

Today I did my first ever 'juicing', I've always wanted to try it but as I've recently changed my
lifestyle so I decided this was my opportunity. I am a uni student and as you all know we are known for eating takeaways everyday. I did that for the past five months and I wanted a change so I am starting to eat a lot healthier and I have also started going to the gym. The ingredients I used was; kale, green grapes, green apple, cucumber and water. It was flavourless but very lumpy, for me this is going to be a regular thing before or after the gym as its a good way of getting some of your 5 a day not and to mention it is very healthy.
